Bush needs Botox injections and a back brace
if he wants to improve his appearance in the next debate. The only way that man can NOT sneer, frown or pout is if he gets botoxed to the max. Watch some of the TV newscasters who've obviously gotten these treatments - nothing on their face moves when they're talking except their mouths.

And the back brace would force him to stand up straight.

His handlers must be watching him like a hawk to make sure he doesn't take another spill and show up with scrapes or bruises on his face again.
