need info on California Water Service
the company has proposed a rates increase in my town, Lucerne, which amounts to 324 percent over three years. the Cal PUC will hold a hearing here in October. We need evidence to present--hard facts about their service (or lack of it) and any figures on wasteful management. Strategy suggestions also appreciated.
