I phone banked for the EVC campaign this evening. It was great. They had lots of high school students there, and lots of committed old timers too. It was a great mix of people and everyone was really friendly.

Here's what they were saying:

The Democratic Party's GOTV effort for the East Bay is just about to start moving through North Oakland with phone banking and precinct walking. These are beautiful, leafy neighborhoods full of friendly Democrats.

The Democratic Party really needs precinct walkers this weekend (Saturday and Sunday 11 to 1). They want to finish these neighborhoods by September 30th.

So, how about getting in there this weekend for precinct walking?
