Attention Bay Area sailors, the Maltese Falcon is anchored off Corinthian.
This may be the only time it will spend in US waters, since the Government is giving Tom Perkins a hard time about taxes on the boat.

For you sailing enthusiasts out there, I guarantee it is worth the drive (or ferry ticket).

The Falcon is the longest sailing vessel on the water today. And it could be yours for a mere $225,000,000.

4. Cool Beans! The Maltese Falcon is ordering one of Graham Hawkes' submarines
I watched the first submarine Graham developed and assembled over at Point Richmond (brickyard cove). I also spent time sailing with Graham on his little but very cool and tight ocean racing sloop. He's an genuine Renaissance Man.

Oh Graham Hawkes was developing a secret sub for the late Steve Fossett. Ten years in the planning and was, but weeks away from completion when we lost Steve. http://www.marinij.com/sananselmo/ci_10631614

Is the ship anchored just inside the sandbar in front of the club where Aotea used to moor?
