Is there anything special I need to worry about when voting in the primary
I've never done it before. Is it just like a general election?

party primary you are voting in; in the general election, you can vote any and all parties.

EXAMPLE: You can vote in the Repug primary AGAINST Ralph Reed and then vote Dem in the general election in November. Georgia Repugs did it in 2002 to unseat Cynthia McKinney. They "crossed over" and voted in the Dem primary for Majette.

So you are an UGA Dawg, correct? I always wondered about that. I mean, "Dawgs", is kinda obvious. ;-)
