4. I'm not involved

....yet. Here's her website...

http://www.freethedemocrats.com/

But if I do get involved I will certainly let you know via PM. I agree, Bean's gotta go.

Cheers

3. i meant a real challenge.
not to be too judgmental.
is bill still running also? if you know them, maybe you can tell us whether this looks like it might go somewhere.
almost seems like they are just there to disburse the anti-bean vote.
she needs a real challenge, by a real democrat, in the the democratic primary. the grass roots need to be defining this party.
sorry, but that picture of her is about the dumbest candidate photo i have ever seen.

7. Okay

...a real challenge :eyes: well you are going to have to be a bit more specific. Keep in mind that at one time Bean was not thought of as a real challenge to Crane. I don't know if she will be a threat to Bean, I hope so....if only for the fact that it will shake Bean up.

Yes, according to the newspaper articles Bill will be running as an Independent. Apparently he's not real comfortable with women having a choice.

I don't know them, that is another DUer. We have a mutual friend.

Randi's not a real Democrat? I'm not sure how you came to that conclusion, but I'd like to know because I'm open right now on candidates in the 8th.

As far as her picture....who cares, I'm not voting for someone based on their picture (or by extension their hair).

Cheers

10. i'm not trying to be snarky, but
it just does not bode well to start out presenting yourself in a way that looks stupid. and the whole both of them running thing makes it hard to take either of them seriously. sounds like they would be better off with some marital counseling.
now, all that may be way, way off the mark. they may be great people, and great candidates. i'm just reacting to the impression that they are giving. if it is incorrect, i would be happy to consider other information.

11. Bill and Randi
I spoke to Randi at Wellstone this weekend. She says that if she wins the Democratic nomination, then Bill won't run, and his "moderate party" won't run a candidate in that district. If Bean gets the nomination then all bets are off.

6. Damn right! This "democrat" really pisses me off....
Her latest vote is just another one in a sting of republican votes....

She needs to be replaced...
