Any hints about Cape Cod restaurants?
Edited on Sat Aug-08-09 01:14 AM by babylonsister
The ones away from the coast but delicious? We are looking forward to going, and know how great the weather will be. :D

We're based in Hyannis, going to PTown to whale watch, and yea, we're tourists, even though we met in CC 27 years ago.

2. In Wellfleet: The Wicked Oyster and Winslow's Tavern
In Orleans: Nauset Beach Club

In P-Town: Fanizzi's by the Sea (not expensive like most things in P-Town)

3. Baxters in Hyannnis/ local favorite/ townies eat there
the flying bridge in Falmouth/ big, fancy, really good, right at the town pier to watch all the boats go by while you eat outside
the wee packet in Dennisport/ little lunch counter type place/ good/ been there 50 years

don't know many places on the outer cape

on the vinyard? Home Port/ right on water, fishing boats all around/ one of the best seafood places any where

4. Oh gosh, Baxters!
It was a big deal to go to opening day each season. Too many people would ask for the afternoon off to go. Our office had to rotate who'd get the time off each year.
