I caught the tail end when Randi announced this on Thursday. I listened later that evening and they had their regular programming on so I thought it was just Randi's show they were carrying.

I have been listening to AAR on Sirius but I could only listen while traveling to and from work. This will make my day!!

I left a message with the program director to find out what it will take to boost their signal, it's only 500watts. WAAM 1600am is 1500watts out of Ann Arbor and I can hear it in Rochester Hills.

14. station manager called me back!!!!!

they've gotten 15 calls this morning all ready. They are doing an engineering study to boost the signal but there are FCC regulations to avoid station crossover. However, he mentioned a Detroit station may be picking up Franken and some other shows soon but couldn't say which.

15. can't pick it up in Dearborn -- using a CCRadio Plus

I walked it all around the house and yard. I do get some bleeding from a station using the 1310 frequency.

16. I can hear a weak signal here in Dearborn in my car

I drove from Troy to Dearborn and was able to listen in my car. It is a weak signal and I set all the frequencies on my equalizer to 0. If you have a home stereo with an equalizer set all the frequencies to zero. Also, I think radio shack may sell an AM/FM signal boost device.
