Norm Coleman thinks Duluth is on Lake Erie

Guess he has been traveling on corporate dime so much he forgot what little he knows about the fine state of Minnesota - which he represents on paper, at least.

It's bad enough for any so-called Minnesotan to confuse the names, but to actually think that that a lake on the shore of Minnesota, is the "gateway to the Great Lakes?"

Way to go, those of you (nobody here, I hope) who voted for him. Way to go.

BTW, I pray to God that somebody has this footage recorded. This has to be used in his 2006 opponent's campaign.

7. According to the paper

he made this remark on the floor of the Senate so, unless CSPAN caught it, we're out of luck on having a clip of it. The paper also reported that the weasel had this corrected in the Congressional Record. That is so wrong.
