Norm Coleman says a fitting tribute to Reagan would be to put him on
the ten dollar bill. Because, after all, Alexander Hamilton wasn't a president.

Norm didn't mention Hamilton was the first Secretary of the Treasury - it's not clear if he knows this.

I heard Norm's comment on the radio this afternoon - all that comes to mind now when hearing his name or voice is: 'bush bag boy.' (Used to be 'empty suit')

2. Neither was Franklin, and you don't see these repugs...
clamoring to put Ronnie "I CREATED al-qaeda" Reagan on the $100 bill.
What's up with that?

If they put him on the $10, I'll never touch one again.
Same for the $20
If they put him on Mt. Rushmore, I'll laugh and cry as the rock comes tumbling down. (It can't structurally support any more work.)

3. But Franklin COULD HAVE BEEN PRESIDENT
Franklin was a native Born American like the Turkey and Bald Eagle, Hamilton was born in the West Indies and thus not eligible to be President.

Thus if he was NOT able to be President why should he be on a Bill?
(I Know it is a stupid reason but I had to mention it, on the ten dollar bill than on the Dime.)

4. Here is a list of current popular U.S. federal reserve notes...
...with the images listed. I could not get the pics to print, sorry:

One Dollar Note
George Washington One Dollar Note
Great Seal of the United States

Two Dollar Note
Thomas Jefferson Two Dollar Note
The Declaration of Independence

Five Dollar Note
Abraham Lincoln Five Dollar Note
The Lincoln Memorial

Ten Dollar Note
Alexander Hamilton Ten Dollar Note
U.S. Treasury

Twenty Dollar Note
Andrew Jackson Twenty Dollar Note
The White House

Fifty Dollar Note
Ulysses S. Grant Fifty Dollar Note
U.S. Capitol

One Hundred Dollar Note
Benjamin Franklin One Hundred Dollar Note
Independence Hall

There are also $500, $1,000, $10,000 and $100,000 notes which all have past presidents. I Think it would be fitting to place Ronald Reagan's image on the $2.00 Conferate note. Take a look and tell me what you think:

5. A fitting tribute to Coleman would be...
A fitting tribute to Norm Coleman would be to name all tuna sandwiches after him as "The Norm Coleman."

7. Aaaahhh!!!
The night before the elections, two of my friends sent me an e-card from that site with a picture of Norm dressed in skimpy drag standing on a dead loon. I still have nightmares about it! (But it _is_ a great site.) :)

that site would be www.SD60DFL.org. I'm on the web committee for our district, and that link came up in the last meeting! Not everybody knew about it yet, though, but they certainly approved of it!

BTW check out the latest Flash. Too funny!

10. this will probably go on my permanent record but...
....if they put Reagan's scrotum-like mug on any currency I will begin defacing any I receive with notes about the lunatic actions of his administration....i had forgotten how much I despised that asshole until I started seeing the retrospectives....

"If it takes a bloodbath, let's get it over with! No more appeasement!"
Reagan, as Cali gov., on dealing with antiwar protesters on campus...
