President Bush is planning to travel to Montana and three other states to push his social security plan. The president wants congress to include an option for voluntary personal accounts. He plans on visiting Montana, North Dakota, Arkansas, and Florida after he makes his State of the Union Address next week.

Administration officials say the states are home to democratic senators who might be pressured to back personal accounts. However, Montana’s senator, Max Baucus, says he has concerns over the president's plan.
