Rally info at Town Hall tomorrow
The Town Hall will be at Broughton High School in Raleigh. I just got this note in my email. I haven't made up my mind yet, have a personal errand to run
.

Here is the info for anyone who didn't get it:

+++++++++++++++

The following is a message from the host of Say Yes We Can To Public Health!, the Public Option Now! Health Care Rally that you signed up to attend:

**Below is a message from Kathy about President Obama's visit tomorrow, and how you can help show support for a Strong Public Option!

Dear Move-On Members,

President Obama is coming to Raleigh on Wednesday, July 29th to hold a Town Hall meeting at Broughton High School at 11:45 a.m. to discuss his public health care plan.

Many of us were not able to get tickets to go inside for the meeting, but we are still interested in showing our support!.

We would love to have a group gather on the corner of St. Mary's and Peace Street at 11:00 a.m. in support of President Obama and public health care.

Can you join us?

Please bring a large poster board size sign that shows support for public health care. Maybe something that says, "We Support Public Health Care" or "We Support President Obama!"
or create your own.

There is a parking deck at Glenwood South at 510 Glenwood Avenue. There are also entrances to the parking deck on Johnson and Tucker Streets. The price is $1.00/hour with a $6.00 maximum for all day parking. There may also be free and metered parking on the streets. There are roving tow trucks monitoring the small private parking lots around Glenwood South, so read the signs carefully when you park.

Here is the website of the Glenwood South parking deck.

There is also a city bus that drives right down Peace Street. It is bus number 16 that drives through Cameron Village shopping center. Here is the bus website:

Let me know if you can come, and I will send you a few more suggestions for parking.

Let's show our support for President Obama and his goal of health care for everyone!

Thank you!

Kathy Boos
