1. Here ya go
He will be speaking to the National Association of Home Builders:

from the NAHB in an email to members today:  "We have just learned that President George W. Bush will address those in attendance at the NAHB Fall Board of Directors meeting on the morning of Saturday, October 2, 2004.  The President will be introduced by the HUD Secretary, the Honorable Alfonso Jackson The program is currently scheduled to commence around 10:00 a.m."

He is scheduled to speak at the Columbus Convention Center in the Grand Ballroom.  Doors will open at 8:00 am to allow security clearances of all attendees.  Only certain people will be allowed in (some NAHB members and all directors) -- but it may be an opportunity to protest outside or nearby....

You may find more information at the NAHB's web site, which I believe is NAHB.org
