Storm Warnings for Bush in Ohio.
This article, written by Clevelander Tim Russo, appeared in this morning's "Salon" and referenced ACT which I know several of you Buckeyes are involved with.

We can do this -- we can take this state for the good guys (that's us!)

1. good article!
forwarded to my Ohio relatives. Most are leaning towards either voting Kerry or not voting at all. They are NOT happy with Bu$h out there.

2. Whaddaya mean, not voting at all?
Please don't say that; we need every vote we can get.

Thanks for forwarding the article to them. Maybe it will help.

3. I'll take a non-vote versus a bush-vote any damn day.
I know quite a few Republicans who are planning on staying home on election day, and I'm fine with that. They don't like Bush. They don't like Kerry either. Instead, they'd rather abstain. Fine with me. At least they're making their voices heard by watching reruns of Gilligans Island instead of screwing the rest of the state.

Barring a catastrophe, we're going BLUE this year. Count on it.

BBV machines have been put on hold for the vast majority of states, and the overwhelming sentiment is blatantly "NO-BUSH".

Keep working. Register voters (look towards the younger, disaffected crowd), make calls, tell the "true" conservatives the truth about Bush. Don't let up, don't give in. It's ours to lose if we get lazy.

4. Tim Russo
Tim Russo was at an event which Jeff Seemann spoke at last week (Democracy For America meetup). Jeff says he wished he knew that this article was coming out, claiming he "would have thanked him in advance."
