Nothing new here. Just another dead unarmed citizen who didn't obey the police.

1. This one could be the one that finally nails a cop
If the rumors I've heard are correct, and this guy was badly burned- and they shot him while he posed no threat, I can see an indictment.

At the very least, Clackamas county's going to be out a tidy sum of money.

2. The ADA who actually goes after a cop should get a medal, imo.
For once, the media seems to be mostly on the side of the victim.


And the cop's defense will be "but all the other cops were doing it..."
