Has anyone here ever stayed at the Winchester Inn in Ashland?

1. BlueIris, I just saw your question and thought I'd weigh in.

I have not stayed at the Winchester, but in checking its website it looks to be a lovely place with lots of nice appointments and amenities, plus it has garnered quite a few awards. Didn't see any posts from guests, which some places have, but not sure if that's a plus or minus. In reading through their site, the editor in me noted a few typos/errors, but probably I'm too picky. I might mention that I did stay at the Ashland Springs Hotel right downtown a few years ago (attended a conference there) and it was very lovely, comfortable and enjoyable. Fine dining, too!

Pretty sure this won't help you if you're considering the Winchester, but you did give me the chance to check out their website, in which the Inn certainly looks good, so thanks for that!

Not to mention, Ashland is an awesome place! Hope you get to spend some time there.
