Kerry in Allentown PA!
Please join us in welcoming John Kerry to Allentown, Pennsylvania, on Friday, September 10. Come hear John Kerry outline his vision for a stronger America, and make sure to bring your friends, family, and neighbors to see the next president of the United States.

The Fairgrounds
Between Liberty and Chew Streets (east west) and
17th and 20th Streets (north south)
Allentown, PA

DETAILS: Due to security, please do not bring any umbrellas, lawn chairs, bags, or signs. Please limit personal items as well. This event will take place RAIN or SHINE.

This is the most important election of our lifetime. Our health care is on the line. Our jobs are on the line. Our children's future is on the line. America's role in the world is on the line. John Kerry and John Edwards will not rest along this journey. They believe a stronger America begins at home and that America's best days lie ahead.

I go to college within a five minute walk from the Allentown fairgrounds. I can't wait.

2. Great place to see Kerry
The Allentown Fairground Grandstand is open on one side but is under cover. There are plenty of bathrooms and plenty of parking next door. There also is a good sound system. It seats about 12,000 people, with standing room for more. It is a great place to see Kerry (even if it rains).

If you are coming from I-78, take the Hamilton Street/Rt. 222 eastbound exit. Continue a few miles into Allentown and then turn left onto 17th St. You will see the Fairgrounds on your left between Chew and Liberty Streets across from a hospital. There is a large paved parking lot that you can enter from Chew or Liberty Streets.
