Insurance reform. How bad did we get screwed by Rick Perry?
Tort reform. Who are the front groups for the insurance industry?
Loss of rights for consumers and employees via arbitration clauses.
Proposition 12. Has it worked? Will it work?
What we Democrats intend to do about it.
