If you live in Lakeway you need to start boiling your water. The Lakeway Municipal Utility District issued a boil water notice on Saturday.

This means the water may not be safe to drink and you need to boil it for 15 minutes before drinking or cooking.

The state testing lab isn't open on weekends, so the boiling water notice could stay in effect until Tuesday afternoon.
