When: Sunday, Sept. 12/04. Reception @ 5pm, Screening @ 6pm.

The Magnolia Lounge is also hosting the Dallas stop of the Take Back Democracy Film Festival, on Sept. 10th and 11th. I’ll post a link to the website when it is back up and running.

1. At last night's Texas Truth Convention in Arlington there was a lot

of buzz and excitement over the flyer Reprehensor & FSC provided to pass out about this event. Many of the people I talked with about it asked for two so they could give one to a friend, there was alot of excitement. I would suggest if you are interested in attending, that you make your reservations ASAP. The Magnolia Lounge is a wonderful venue, (it is located in Fair Park and is one of the Historic Art Deco Buildings with limited capacity, around 150, if I am not mistaken). I just have a feeling this is going to be a sell out and that Reprehensor and FSC will be having to find another venue quick.

It can't be at the Magnolia again until after the State Fair.

Best to all, spread the word and DON'T MISS IT! It's going to be a fun EVENT and a BARNBURNER! Be sure to bring someone that is sitting on the fence, they just might fall off in our direction!!!!

PS, Thanks you guys for showing up and providing those awesome flyers, they were attention grabbing and also for helping out Gary, it means alot to him! GOOD JOB, you two are AWESOME!

3. 55 heads!

We had around 55 people at the screening last night, everything went well, and we SOLD OUT of the Bush Family Fortunes DVDs. People were reluctanct to buy a DVD before the screening, but after the screening there was a beeline and we sold the last 4 copies we had in 4 seconds.

It's a kick ass DVD. The Moby soundtrack adds 'da bomb'.
