James Ho (no puns please) is the same guy who co-wrote, with John Yoo, the DOJ memos authorizing waterboarding.

http://brainsandeggs.blogspot.com/2008/04/micromanaging-torture-from-white-house.html

On the same weekend we find out that Cheney, Rice, et.al. have been micromanaging torture from the White House basement, the guy who gave them legal cover to do so became the state of Texas' attorney of record.

What was that David Van Os said about the flowering evil in Washington gets cultivated from roots grown in Austin? Well, this time the DC flower got replanted in Texas.

1. Ho and Yoo
Torturing logic fits right in with the current statewide republican control. I'm sure Craddick and Terry Keel will be calling to ask for advice from Ho.
