4. He really turned that so-called SOTU speech on its head.

Rather than fart around for 40 minutes before even mentioning Eye-rack (like * did) - he started right out with the main subject. Webb's critique was right on point - intelligent, decisive. Most of all, supremely patriotic! It really made me glad that I helped support his candidacy and it made me very proud as a Virginian.
