Sheryl Crow to join Kerry in Madison 9/15 (details inside)
We want to remind you that John Kerry will be in Madison on Wednesday, September 15, for an exciting rally. We're also pleased to announce that Sheryl Crow will be on hand to perform at the rally.

WHEN: Wednesday, September 15
Gates open at 11:00 a.m.
WHERE: State Capitol Square
Entrance at Carroll and W. Washington
Madison, Wisconsin
DETAILS: Parking is limited -- please use public transportation. Click here for more information. Due to security, please do not bring any umbrellas, bags, or signs. Please limit personal items as well. This event will take place RAIN or SHINE.


Come join the next president of the United States, and show the media and undecided voters that the Kerry-Edwards ticket has the momentum that will lead to victory in November.

1. Darn
I want to go, but have to work. I wish he had scheduled this rally for an evening like Clinton did in '92 and Gore in '00 becuz they had some of their best crowds of the campaign. It will still generate a good crowd--due to university students and state workers. But too bad for us who can't get off our jobs to attend.

I mean, in this rapidly-growing economy, I'm sure you'll be able to find another one right away! :eyes:

Actually, Gore's rally was daytime. But I think it was on Teacher Convention day so there was good turnout by the Teachers Union. I took my daughter to the rally (took her out of high school to go - her teachers were in a different union).

At least this time she's old enough to vote! :bounce:

Because of weather conditions, the John Kerry rally scheduled for Wednesday, September 15, in Madison will now be held in Exhibition Hall at the Alliant Energy Center, located at 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way.

We're also pleased to announce that Sheryl Crow will still be on hand to perform at the rally.
