A private investigator gave her a letter Sept. 25 asking her to leave Suder's home, where she had been living since January 2007.
She also noted in the petition for the order that Suder has access to a handgun and asked a judge to not allow him to own a gun. A hearing is set for May 28.
In the order, Brabazon said Suder left a cut on her stomach 1.5 inches long on Sept. 4, while he was using a knife to cut sausage. She needed stitches to heal the wound, and she claims Suder went with her to the hospital to make sure police were not called, the order said
What a great family values and tough on crime guy. Go Tim!!! Suder should be kicked to the curb and Tim Swiggum is a great person to replace him.
