3. Yes he will be there
You fill out a little slip with your name an issue and then he calls on people roughly in the order the slips were turned in and you can elaborate for a minute or two depending on the number of people there.

4. Just got back
I got there ten minutes early thinking I was going to be OK, with the big lecture hall and all. The place was already full and Russ had just started taking questions. The crowd was quite hostile which had me taken aback. The hostility lasted at least twenty minutes until people simmered down and then they were just negative. One guy (indentified as "Larry Smith") must have been the first one there as he sat in the first row and heckled Russ each time he replied to an audience member. After this Larry guy had his official turn, he left and some decorum returned to the room.

Russ is a strong man and he held his ground. I wished I could have shaken his hand but given the crowd, he didn't stick around afterwards.
