2. We got about about foot of snow in Madison
with lots of blowing and drifting. Nothing on the top of my car at all, but 3 feet of snow behind and on the side of it.

All schools are closed today and bus system is not running. I live on a major street which was clear and open this morning. On the news they said there were 100 calls from stranded motorists overnight and they couldn't get to 30 of them.

3. side streets are NOT clear -
couldn't get out of my neighborhood if I wanted to.
