1. Here's one in Madison (The Daily Page)
It's the forum for the Isthmus' website. Lots of local Madison politics there, some state politics:

10. If you like Dem bashing...
You'll love the daily page. It's dominated by members of Progressive Dane, a political party based in Madison that competes with the Dem party. They live to take down Dems.

But the daily page has great issue discussions, and as long as they don't know you're a Dem you'll do fine.

2. I know of a new forum you might be interested in
I haven't had a chance to register and check it out yet myself so I can't say whether it's good or bad.

Joe Plouff, a former Dem state representative who lost a battle to God, Guns and Gays last fall has started Progressive Messengers. http://www.progressivemessengers.com

On their website is a forum http://www.progressivemessengers.com/phpBBPortal/index.php
Though the focus is Wisconsin politics, I don't know if the discussion is limited to politics in Wisconsin.

You might be interested in checking it out.

7. Only about as long as DU has been around
Politics has never been my thing, though my hubby's family have been staunch Dems since the turn of the century. I felt I had to get involved after the first presidential selection and jumped in with both feet. Got seriously involved locally, in my district (the source of the Joe Plouff group) and have even developed connections statewide. It seems when you show up ready to work, people in the party take notice.

And because it's my job to keep my local members informed, I've signed up for all kinds of "Dem" e-mail and groups. Unfortunately, I haven't had much time to do anything with all the info but pass it on to others.

3. Some things in the works, so stay tuned...
In the meantime, I read (and contribute as a GuestBlogger to) FightingBob.com...also, check the WIBlogs section of my site (URL is below) for some Wisconsin-centric blogs and Web sites. (Warning: Some are scarily conservative, but I link anyway.)

11. Something no one has mentioned ...
is PortalWisconsin.org. I haven't spent much time there myself but they have forums on festials, arts, and other events in Wisconsin. They also host the follow-up discussion on the Public Radio programs.

Just a thought ...
