I guess writing a book slagging off the hand that feeds you and bad-mouthing your professional colleagues in order to tout for a Tory seat is one way of getting out of the classroom.

Interesting how she got the time off to attend a political conference, three weeks into a new job BTW ... bit of an agenda there, methinks?
