2. I just saw Rossi on TV advocating for a recount

I'm pretty sure I heard him say that a margin of hundreds or even thousands of votes wouldn't be enough to declare a winner. So we're talking tens of thousands? Personally, I'd like to see a recount that produced oh, say maybe 10 or 12 votes total for Rossi. How'd he like that?
