Besides Blackwell, what other state election officials also held...
state party chairs to re-elect the president?

I believe Missouri and Florida were also mentioned? Please confirm names if this correct. Thanks.

1. I think an important parallel was Katherine Harris, Florida 2000
Wasn't she state co-chair or vice-chair for BushCo? And it was her job to certify the election. There should be a rule against that altogether, imho.

2. True, but I remember reading somewhere that there were...
two other's besides Blackwell in this election. It may have been Jeb in Florida?

3. A little different but still a conflict - In MO the Secretary of State ran
for Governor so he was the head election official over his winning (surprise, surprise) the Governorship.
