HELP: How can I demonstrate to a journalist --
-- that two companies really do count the vote? He said, "Then you have no understanding of US election law. The election workers count the vote." I said, "but they don't follow US election law anymore, and nobody cares..."

Then I left his office, but I am going to pursue this with him, and I'm planning on sending him a short e-mail on the subject.

I know machines are networked that shouldn't be, and are strung together, but I can't just say that to him. Anyone know where the proof is?

2. MSM coverage the electronic votes were never recounted
in WA state. And that access to the electronic systems and ballots are denied so nobody can do their own recount. See

3. The software "counts the votes"...
...the election worker just reads the printouts.

But I wouldn't waste much time on a "journalist" who arrogates to themselves such a full knowledge of "US election law" (whatever that means).

Perhaps you could get this "US election law expert" to explain BushvGore to you. First logically, then legally.

That should keep them out of trouble for a while.

9. it's not his beat, but --
he's essentially on our side, and seems interested. Believes it was possibly stolen.

That seemed encouraging to me. Maybe more of them are very suspicious than we know about.

So I thought I would see if I could convince him. Practice, you know. They're pretty hard-headed, but good ones are just that. They ask tough questions and need proof, because they cannot go to print with anything less.

Of course, we all know they should be out there getting it themselves, and they're not. What we don't know is how much of that is controlled by editors. I do know that they pitch stories to editors before they work on the story. And they have to convince the editor before they can take the time to really do the story. Sometimes they do the story, and it gets "spiked" by the editor. So they wasted all these hours.

I work with journalists, but they all cover the place where I work. But they know other journalists, I figure....

4. The tabulation programs written by the partisan election companies
counts the vote. Only in a hand count would election workers count the vote.

Computers count the votes so no one can see
They claim Bush won, I say prove it to me

5. I have proof for two counties in Ohio
As part of Richard Hayes Phillips investigation of the Ohio vote, one of our team members wrote to BOEs (Boards of Election) to request records. Two Ohio counties emailed us the election data we needed. HOWEVER, the emails they sent us were forwards of emails they had recieved from Triad (a third company, not one of the two of which you speak, but a big player in Ohio and also with Republican ties) reporting the votes to the BOEs.

Huh?

I quote from email from Triad to Pike County Ohio BOE, forwarded to a member of Richard Hayes Phillips's team in the cover letter for attached election data:
"Hello to all in Pike County!

"Attached, you will find the cumulative report (oh66rctunov.pdf) with over
and under votes reported as well as the official abstract (oh66rctabs.pdf).
These reports may be printed for your records and then mailed to the state
along with your other certification reports.

"You will also find the electronic abstract (the two TXT files) contained in
the email. You may forward this email to the state so that they receive all
information in an electronic format..."

These emails have been sent to the House Judiciary Committee Democratic staff for their ongoing investigation.

6. don't waste time quibbling over the meaning of the word "count"
Point out that the election officials do not have the background, training, or even access to the insides of the electronic machinery to see if everything is done right.

They outsource maintenance, repair, etc etc etc to these companies.

Paperless electronic voting and counting are NON VERIFIABLE by citizens and by election officials. It's faith-based voting. We are supposed to trust the machines and the people who have access to them.

7. I would focus on the statistics from TruthIsAll, Freeman et al.
Just tell them that exit polls are more accurate today than they ever have been, and they say that the 04 election was a fraud. There are a jillion stats you could give them. The best two maybe are how the shift from the exit polls favored Bush in 42 of 50 states, which would happen by chance once in 1.7 million elections. Of those 42 states, 15 had a shift beyond the margin of error. The chances of that happening by chance were one in 1.071 TRILLION.

The only way to explain the shift is the voting machines.

In the 2000 election, the exit polls were right on the mark, as they always are when paper ballots are used. But in 04 with 80% of the vote counted by DREs, that's not true. The exit polls were right on again, Kerry won, but the DREs decided differently.

11. Yeah, those stats got me in the beginning --
I knew right off something was wrong, becauses they all seemed to favor Bush. But it seems like some people don't get that, they don't seem to understand why it's nearly impossible, really, essentially impossible, unless God herself were doing it.

What he says to me is that we have to find the people who did it. That was when I said it could be just a few people in those companies. That's how this all started.

I'm going to keep at him.

14. Some manufacturer reps essentially in charge of all counting- doc.
Triad shown in Ohio to control most of the counting process in many counties, and to have remote link to the compiler computer on election day; to be monitoring and posting votes on their web site as they happened; and can make changes in compiler operations from their patch. Affidavits available on this.

Conyers report

Similar is true for many counties in many states. Someone programmed the touchscreens to switch votes from Kerry to Bush in many states on ES&S and Sequoia AVC Edge machines.
Not many options as to who was responsible.

16. Look about 2/3 to 3/4 of the way through this report to find
excerpts of the Sequoia manuals showing how they are daisy-chained together via their power cords into an actual hardware network, the only question is whether the machines use that network or not. Evidence is cited that suggests it does.
