Democracts stole the election!!!!
Unfortunately, I guess, we didn't keep it. I just got this email from the RNC. A big mean DEMONrat broke some guy's arm?! Tire slashings?! At least they could come up with believable fabrications. And exactly who are our "third party allies"? :eyes:

Dear MP,

Election after election, Democrats have cried Republican voter intimidation as one of their campaign tactics.

But like so many other Democrat claims, this falsehood is shattered by the truth.

2004 saw Democrats at their worst. From tire slashings in Wisconsin to a union thug literally breaking the arm of a Republican staffer in Florida, we have seen the true perpetrators of voter intimidation and fraud, Democrats and their allies.

With each day that goes by, more and more fraud and intimidation are uncovered.

Now, in a new report presented to the House Administration Committee, the American Center for Voting Rights uncovers and documents massive amounts of voter intimidation by Democrats and their third-party allies, as reported in numerous talk radio programs and blogs including Ankle Biting Pundits. http://www.anklebitingpundits.com

Check out the documented Democrat intimidation tactics at http://www.ac4vr.com

1. American Center for Voting Rights
Republicans seem to have a new found interest in the Electoral Reform movement. An article today from the extremist rightwing web publication WorldNetDaily attacks Sen. Hillary Clinton's election reform bill with quotes from several critics, but none from either Clinton or other supporters of the bill.

<snip>

Perhaps something is suddenly causing Republicans to try and get on the offensive when it comes to the drumbeat of Election Reform now surging across America.

But it's a brand-spanking new, outta-nowhere, just-in-time-for-yesterday's-hearings, Talon News-like "Voting Rights" organization that has caught our eye for the moment.

As reported here earlier today, the U.S. House Administrative Committee hearings yesterday in Columbus featured testimony from St. Louis attorney, Mark F. (Thor) Hearne, II of the "non-partisan" American Center for Voting Rights (ACVR).

According to Internic records, the ACVR was established on the web just last Thursday and early investigation into this group would seem to indicate that it is little more than a front group for Republican operatives with little or no interest in actual "Voting Rights" at all.

While Hearne is listed as a witness for yesterday's hearings on the U.S. Committee for House Administration website as "National Counsel, American Center for Voting Rights", there is no mention of his affiliation or extensive work for Bush/Cheney '00, '04 and other Republicans.

2. We all know what the release of the flying monkeys means:
Somebody is worried.

Excellent.

The only way they win is if this whole stolen election story stays buried.

If it's being talked about and debated, and both sides start really getting a national audience for their greivances, we win not only because of the vast preponderance of the evidence, but because Americans really do want their vote to count, and the elections to be fair.

So I say, Fly my pretties!

:)

28. Very true
I heard about this and I really thought this was a very important sign to us. They're scared and trying to fight us with this issue. They know they stole both election's from us and are trying to blame us since they are the "Christian right" their people would believe them. This is encouraging in some ways because this is a good sign to show that we're on the right trail.

16. It's Borderline Personality Disorder
Which many Repukes seem to suffer from. Among many disgusting traits of this serious mental illness, BPD people tend to "project" all their worst faults onto those around them.

I got 1 hit for Kerry and 10 for Bush with quotes around phrase.
Then I got 5620 hits for kerry and 10800 for Bush with no quotes.

Shrug, maybe I went to Google on the wrong internets. ;-)

13. Typed in "Bush stole election"
Edited on Thu Mar-31-05 12:35 AM by Carolab
10 pages with 143,885 items containing Bush stole election (0.12 seconds)

Typed in "Kerry stole election" and it only brings up links to how BUSH stole the election

15. You can't really steal something if you didn't end up with it
Heya Carolab

Im sure there is a good search phrase that you could use to make your point. But thats not it ;-)

I am not arguing the point that the Repugs stole it.
I just checked on someones search and found it seemingly fictitious.
I have no use for invalid facts when so many valid facts are around. If repeated, it could cloud the issue, or make someone look silly when quoting them.

Imagine this, your talking to some folks at a party and they are interested in what you are telling them about the stolen election.
You quote that someone did this search and it came to 972 to 0.
The one Bushbot in the room runs to the computer, does the same search, and gets totally different results. He runs back to the room , tells everyone the results, and your credibility goes out the window.
The 'Conspiracy theorist' sign gets firmly attached to your forehead, and those people are now reluctant to listen to any other 'conspiracy theorists' when it comes to election fraud.

I certainly mean no disrespect to you or FogerRox.

Ain't gonna happen. Because that's not the reality.

I'm really not sure what your saying, but in case I offended you....

(Chi unties his sword, and lays it at Carol's feet. He kneels on one knee than the other.
He neatly tucks his collar down away from his head then bows forward. He closes his eyes
and tries to find a tranquil thought so his possible last moments are not filled with anxiety.)

26. I was shooting for earnest, or sincere.
But dramatic will have to do.

If you would do me the service of letting me know how I offended you, I would be most grateful.
I only wish to not offend you, or others, in the future.

Feel free to do so privately, or just ignore the request altogether.

23. These allegations of stealing elections DO mean something
They mean that the election thieves are scared.

They think they can create "two sides" of this story for a euphemedia placation effort.

Could be that they're admitting that a permanent lid can't be kept on this and that there's no weapon of mass distraction (ala 9/11) that can save them this time.

We just need to keep doing what we're doing. Just dismiss this stuff out of hand and don't take the bait.

If we catch any Dems playing ball with them on this tripe, we need to come down hard and ask them where they were on January 6th.
