I recently heard that a county in central NJ purchased 300 of the add-ons that make the Sequoia Advantage accessible, and that they didn't work, so they disabled them -- to the tune of $2000 each. Do you know anything about that? It's really valuable information -- needed IMMEDIATELY in NY if it's true.

3. According to this chart, Sequoia Advantages are used in 11 counties.

Hope this helps narrow it down. The list is from 3/04.
