Would real time vote tally reporting help against Fraud?
If you went in to the polling place and you could see the running tallies of the votes cast for each race, and likewise see this on the internet, wouldn't this help make fraud harder?

1. doesnt prove the real time vote is NOT fraudulent AND
would also act to suppress turnout. people might just go home when their additional votes may change the outcome.

but mostly FORGET IT if it is done by electronic voting machines in any event.

2. But wouldn't it make it nearsly impossible to cheat?
And I'm not so sure I agree with you on turnout.
