DID THE DEMOCRATS WIN FAIRLY IN NOVEMBER 2006?
Did not care for some of this article, but this paragraph sure sticks out. What do you guys make of this?

How many Americans remember what ABCNEWS.COM did back on election eve 1998? I can tell you. On November 2, 1998, the night before the general election, ABCNEWS.COM posted the following: "Earlier tonight, during testing of the ABCNEWS.COM site, we inadvertently posted results and erroneous predictions on the outcomes of races. There was no bias intended by what we posted and the predictions do not reflect the reporting or news judgment of ABC News." Notice the key word used in their statement: results. Was this just a glitch and how accurate were these numbers released a full 12 hours before any polls opened in America? A complete analysis of all the results posted and the "final" totals reflect that ABC News was off .0174%. What would you say the odds of that happening are and don't you wish you'd bet a bundle on their numbers? For those that don't know, back in those days an organization called VNS (Voter News Service) issued all the nationwide results with 0% precincts reporting, minutes after polls close. They called all these races within a few percentage points. Amazing. Enough exposure was finally cast upon VNS and that rotten operation was finally shut down. The excuse was the 2000 debacle, but the heat was on them big time before that because Americans caught on to the game and where shouting down the roof.

1. My impression was the VNS historically has been right on
In fact they predicted that Gore won, and in fact he did

2. Do you get all your news from paranoid ultra-Right-wingers?
Other choice quotes from that sterling news article you posted.

Sanders is an open Socialist. I do not believe he should be allowed to serve in Congress since he works towards destroying our legal form of government: a constitutional republic. It is difficult for me to believe that the people of Vermont would continue to elect an open socialist to office...

There's no question in my mind that the smarmy and utterly gutless Harry Reid (D-NV) and Mary Landrieu (D-LA), another dizzy, empty headed female, both got into office the first time by vote fraud...

What this shift in power did was to give the majority to the Democrats who will give Bush what he's wanted so badly: rewarding criminals (illegal aliens) who have smuggled themselves into our country, stealing jobs that belong to Americans (born here or naturalized) and are busy stealing our identities to get jobs they have no legal right to work. The crime wave by illegal aliens is horrendous, but the Democrats flat out don't give a damn...it's the cowards serving in Congress since 1986, now headed up by Matriarch Madame Pelosi, who don't have the stomach to declare this an invasion and a direct assault on U.S. soil.

9. This might have been a little over the top...

Maybe she forgot that Europe is littered with Constitutional Republics that are Socialist. Some of them are monarchies, but some of just Socialist Republics.

5. and that "complete analysis" would be where, do we suppose?
A complete analysis of all the results posted and the "final" totals reflect that ABC News was off .0174%.

Googling, I found what appears to be page 222 of a book titled Dear Valued Customer, You Are A Loser by Rick Broadhead, which contains a screen shot of some of the "results." In Alaska, ABC had 51,232 votes for Sonneman, 49,207 for Murkowski, and about 2,000 votes for other candidates. In the vote count, Murkowski got over 140,000 votes, Sonneman under 40,000.

I can't imagine how anyone managed to calculate that "ABC News was off .0174%."

6. No, some won DESPITE unfair elections.
Others were declared losers because of unfair elections.

So, overall Democrat victories were despite widespread unfairness.
