"Grande Illusion" on Turner Classics tonight at 10 PM.
If you haven't seen it, the film is one of the best anti-war movies ever made. It stars Jean Gabin, Pierre Fresnay, and Dalio, who are some of the great French cinema stars of the 1930s and 1940s. Dalio actually had to leave France when the Nazis took over because he was Jewish, and ended up appearing in "Casablanca" in a small part with his wife at the time, Madeleine LeBeau.
