4. Here's mine
Agree with you about Delores Umbridge. A truly vile wicked person. It's too bad that we don't find out more about her fate in the aftermath of "Deathly Hallows". :puke:

Lotso- Toy Story 3: A bitter hateful old bear. I thought he might redeem himself at the end but he ultimately didn't.

Count Olaf - Lemony Snicket series: A creepy evil guy- and he always seemed to be able to find the orphans and subject them to unspeakable cruelty- at least until they found a way out of their particular predicament. I haven't read the entire series, however, so I don't know if anything changes with him but I heard a rumor somewhere that he turns good by the end.

John Rainbird- Firestarter: I watched the first movie and am watching the made-for-TV "sequel" and his obsession with Charlie (in BOTH movies) is just well........creepy as well as his overall cold, ruthless detached persona. Both George C. Scott and Malcolm McDowell played the role equally well in both movies.

General Grievous- Star Wars PT: A ruthless amoral killing machine who seemed to relish war and killing Jedi

5. The Magic Negro?
Because too much expectations beyond the realm of possibility would be
heaped on such a character; if one existed.

10. Gollum in the Lord of Rings...
Both the movie and the books. Tolkien was terrible at creating villians. Only Gollum stood out.

Pennywise the Dancing Clown - It
