DU cat AND DOG lovers
I have some original paintings listed currently on Ebay (3 of my fat cats and one of a very cranky outsiderish bulldog named Gus)

Thanks for looking if you look! (Biz on Ebay currently is not so much...so I need all the views I can get!)

6. Turtles
are not pets, they're insects.
Like fish, they are not pets. Fish are food.

12. Funny. My two "insects" have scales, only 4 legs, pupilated eyes, and lungs.

Last I checked those are things that "insects" don't have.

Those "insects" know me and will probably outlive you.

Either you think you're being cute or you are truly an chowderhead.

4. Cool! Thank you!
I hear you about the $$$ thing...I keep seeing items in the art groups that I belong to that I would like to buy but I am in the same boat.

Isn't this economy a lovely thing? (NOT!)

5. Have you tried Craigslist? I've sold some odds and ends on there too
at least no listing fees that way.

Food is the only area where I've been treating myself of late - and not a lot on that, but letting myself spend $5 for lunch at the cafeteria, or buying not-the-cheapest at the grocery store. I'm trying to be religious about paying old debt down, but it's a drag. I'll need some treat purchases at some point.

7. I have not tried Craigslist
I should check that out.

There is a site that I joined and opened a shop on called WinkElf.com that seems really good...they have only art and handmade items on it and there are no listing fees and their final sales fees are really reasonable, but I haven't been able to get anything going there yet because I am still learning to navigate the site.

I'm also listing on Etsy and I have zazzle products too, but unfortunately Ebay still seems to be the traffic generator which for my purposes is sort of a drag because art is a pain to sell on Ebay.

The time I spend taking pics setting up the auctions etc is really a pain and then there are the fees! UG!

11. I have an Etsy site
I haven't had that much luck there but I have not had very much to list there either. I know a lot of people are really having good luck with etsy.

10. I really like those!
Have you ever done a brown instead of gray cat and have you ever done something from a photo? And what would you charge if you did?

13. Your stuff is adorable. If you ever branch out to other items let me know!
I don't have a use for kids clothes, but I love the style you work in! If you start doing other items I'd love to hear about it.

14. I really like your work
I just bought a house (my first!) and I've been looking for some artwork for a little sunroom that branches off of my kitchen. I bid on one of your cats and hope I'm the winner - although you set the initial price way too low. I'm kind of hoping someone bids me up so you at least recover your costs and your time.
