War.
The government should not lie about the reason for going war or continuing with a war that has no purpose in the minds of the majority of the voters. I believe that this financial crises is a indirect consequence of the spending for a stupid war. I also believe that Hillary's support for the war gave Obama the edge in the primaries and is now like wise giving Obama the edge over McCain. If the Christian right wants to be THE big influence here in the USA they will have to use better judgment about who and what they support. Prayer and feeling sorry for the victims won't cut it. In my opinion this war has created more terrorist's than its killed off.

The Russians had approximately the same thing happen in Afghanistan and are just now recovering. Reagan got the credit, but that stupid war broke Russia.

2. I agree strongly with everything you said.
The Invasion and Occupation of Iraq were/are Morally wrong, a great deal of our present and FUTURE trouble is/will be due to this grave spiritual crime.

We can only hope that this great travesty has opened the eyes and sincerely changed the hearts of many Americans to be more responsible better human beings and change the ways that the U.S. impacts other countries.
