Spaghetti and meatball cupcakes
FSM cupcakes?
http://slog.thestranger.com/slog/archives/2009/04/24/on-top-of-spaghetti-all-covered-in

The artist is Stranger accounting manager Tracey Cataldo, who crafted the noodles from vanilla frosting and fashioned the cheese from shaved white chocolate. The icing on the cake, as it were, are the meatballs—made from Ferrero Roche chocolate and hazelnut balls tossed in strawberry preserves. Bravo, Tracey!

2. There was a candy shop in Juneau(now LONG out of business)

that once offered customers a chocolate-filled diaper.

Now THAT's wrong.

(To add something repulsive to the story, the same business had a "Rush Room", where people came in, forced down slabs of white sugar and fat, and listened to Oxycontin Boy himself. As far as I know, they weren't eating the chocolate diapers, but, really, they didn't need to.)

4. Food designed to look like other food disturbs me.
I like apple juice a lot. Always have, since I was a baby. When I drink white grape juice out of a clear glass, I prefer to dye it purple. Otherwise, the sweet front taste and gold color convince my brain that I am about to get an apple-juice back taste, and when I instead get a grape-juice back taste, it is mildly repulsive. White wine of course does not have this problem, since wine does not resemble apple juice in taste at all; my problem is something akin to an Uncanny Valley of apple-juice-ness.

6. My friend's wife made these for April Fools day this year
It looked just like the pictured cupcakes and they had the Ferrero Roche chocolate meatballs as well. It was freaky looking but it tasted awesome.
