Parents Selling Their Kids Talents
What is it with some of the parents of kids that play sports in college? In a few years their kid will most likely become a professional athlete, so why would these parents try to sell their kids talents for houses and a few hundred thousand dollars? Once their kid become a professional athlete the kid will be able to give them money and buy them a house. I just think it is silly for these parents to demand money for their kids to play at certain schools.

1. There's no guarantee the kid will go on to play professionally...
A career ending injury could happen any second, so why not cash in on the kid as soon as possible?

How do you do that sarcasm thingy?
