1. I'm sure Pittsburgh is planning one also...
...an event of that magnitude has to be planned in advance...way before the game is even played.

2. Nope they aren't
Read the article. There is no parade planned, and they won't plan it till after they've won.

5. Bulletin board propaganda of the worst kind.
The fact that the "Steeler Nation" needs this crap makes me feel better about my pick of the Seahawks by 9.

8. you're generous
I have them by 15. Anyway, I find that the Steeler Nation is so obsessed with any percieved slight against their sainted Steelers that they jump all over people. And the Seattle folks, at the end of the day, basically say "well, it could be worse, we could care as much as the Pittsburgh jerks" It's gonna be a sad, sad day in Pitt on Monday, and greater Seattle will smile and go on with their lives.

Steeler Nation is increasingly pathetic. Yes, you are disrespected, you know why? because everyone else has caught on to the fact that no one cares. We all have better things to do, our entire self-worth and identity isn't tied up in a football game. You're going to lose, and that will be that. the Seahawks are simply a better team, they have better running game, a better quarterback, a better offensive line, a better defensive line and a better defensive backfield. The Steelers have better linebackers, maybe. and that's a big maybe.

if this is what it takes for the Steelers to get fired up to play, then whatever, but that's pretty lame, don't you think?

For someone who "doesn't care" and "has better things to do" and your "entire self-worth isn't tied up in a football game" you sure devote a HELL of a lot of time seeking out Steelers' fans and making sure you tell them how bad they suck and how pathetic they are and how, of course, uber-cool you are because you're cheering for Seattle.

Just an observation.

6. Since it's just one game, I don't think it's so bad
Last year the Spurs planned a victory parade on what was a potential (and turned into an actual) game day. This is a little different.
