Whooo Hoooo! I don't really care if they win the title. They're a young and highly talented team who will get much, much better next year when Bynum returns.

The Lakers have another dynasty team!

2. This is where Mitch has to sign
If he plays his cards right, this could be the best Laker team ever.

3. Congratulations to the Lakers...well done.
I hope to see the Celtics in the finals against a fine Lakers team.

That should be some terrific basketball, a hoot-and--half...

4. That non call at the end of game 4 sure was beneficial wasn't it?
If that foul had been properly called, as the NBA office admitted the next day, Barry, one of the best FT shooters in the NBA would have been going to the line. Unfortunately, many of the Laker wins in the playoffs (game 6 against Sac. in 2002 for example) have been shrouded in controversy. Throw in Tim Donaghy, and no wonder there are so many conspiracy theories regarding NBA officiating.

5. That game was filled with non-calls.
Kobe took 29 shots and wasn't fouled once.

Come on, now.

6. David West, thou art avenged!

If that foul had been properly called, who knows? The Spurs might already have been on the tee rather than at the line.

7. Give it up
-Barry traveled on the play.

-Fisher's shot on the previous series of plays hit the rim and the clock should have been reset, thus Kobe would have been able to run out the clock and get fouled. Hence Barry would have to likely hit that shot while being down 4 points.

-It was a non shooting foul.

The game was called all along in favor of the Spurs except for the last play. Open your eyes and stop the anti-Laker bias.

8. It was 2 shot foul, they were in the penalty.
While you are right about Fisher's shot, it hardly justifies what ensued. What was the non call on Barry, the infamous NBA makeup call? Look, the NBA office admitted a foul should have been called. Perhaps you should accuse them of anti Laker bias also.

9. All I'm saying is that before the Barry no call, there were about 10 other calls for the Spurs

10. Bottom Line, Spurs Didn't Whine About It
And the NBA did apologize. Case closed.
