best of Beckham's generation. I wouldn't say of all time because Pele is on an entirely different level.

It is kind of the same with people of my generation say that Jordan is the greatest, but my father's generation say Bill Russell. All a matter of perspective.

7. For basketball
I think it's really between Wilt and Jordan. If your looking at sheer individual domination Wilt is the best but a player that could take over games and defined the "modern Franchise Player" Jordan is the best.
