Saddleback Protest photos - Dialup Warning

There were about 15 of us protesting at the driveway to Saddleback Church this morning (I was really disappointed in the turn out).

My life partner and I provided Donuts for the protesters (and we have donuts left over).

We will be back there in January.

You know, Jesus said, "In my Father's house are many mansions." I always interpreted that to mean that everyone had a place and that all should be welcomed. I've never understood folks who interpret the words of the prophet Jesus in a way that excludes and resonates hate.

9. In Ann Curry's interview of Rick Warren last week

He made a statement that at the last protest of his church, he was out among us handing out donuts and water. I was AT that protest. Nobody was handing out donuts or water.
