BALLOT FAIL
The opponents of the FAIR Education Act admitted today that they do not have enough petition signatures to bring a vote against the law, which mandates age-appropriate LGBT history lessons in California's schools.

The bill, known also as SB48, was approved by Gov. Jerry Brown earlier this year. In addition to teaching LGBT history, students would also be instructed about people with disabilities, and people of color because of the new law.

1. Great news. Now maybe all those "Christian" orgs working
Disempower equality can return to praying and doing the Lord's work, and leave everyone else alone.
