HRC’s Americans for Marriage Equality: Josh Charles of The Good Wife

http://pamshouseblend.firedoglake.com/2011/11/30/hrcs-americans-for-marriage-equality-josh-charles-of-the-good-wife/

t’s always good to start off the day with something positive…

This morning, HRC released a web ad featuring actor Josh Charles – one of People’s Sexiest Men Alive and star of The Good Wife – for its Americans for Marriage Equality campaign. In the ad, Charles, who plays a lawyer on CBS’ Emmy Award winning legal drama, says, “You don’t need a law degree to understand fundamental fairness.” Charles’ ad is the sixth released by HRC as part of the Americans campaign. Newark, NJ Mayor Cory Booker, one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the world, kicked off the series followed by Oscar winner Mo’Nique, civil rights legend Julian Bond, Emmy Award winner John Leguizamo, and acclaimed Broadway playwright Katori Hall.

9. I remember him best from "Sports Night"
where he (basically) played Keith Olbermann alongside Peter Krause's Dan Patrick.

3. I enjoy that show--great plotlines. Best thing on network tv.
Never knew that "Will Gardener" was played by a guy named Josh, though!

Great ad.

5. Really? Sexiest man alive?
I think Alan Cumming, Matt Czuchry and Chris Noth are sexier.
