Um, any one here ever bake utilizing Ganja Butter?
I have two quart jars of the stuff and we made some cookies over the weekend but I am wondering if there may be other recipes out there for this?
Thanks!

10. I'm a little slow on the uptake, here. Guess you've
probably already tried brownies. We always used creme de menthe to disguise the taste of hash.

2. Just subsitute it 1:1 in your baking.
I wouldn't recommend using it to saute, unless you're going to sop up what's left behind in the pan with a piece of bread.

(Two quart jars!)

4. LOL! If you could remember!
We had four quart jars (its that time of year here) that I got for free by helping during harvest, plus three garden carts full of 'brush'...after we picked through it, I made all of my friends very happy. I can only possess so much with my medical card.
The cookies are great but are a bit disabling. I did learn that I can use it as a butter substitute on toast and what not but thats not safe around the kidlets.
So today I am making some breads and some more cookies...and a pie for Grandma!

5. There are a' burning fields right and left here
it is helicopter time in Ohio...I weep every night when I watch the local news

shoot, they are planting in the state parks here...HUGE amounts...some being found, some (lucky dogs) not

the worse the economy is, the better for alternative crops farming...more people try it, so look for a BUMPER crop on the streets this season

I personally would love just to grow for my own use dang it..

6. I'd suggest mixing it with other fats in baking
because, as you said, it can pack too hefty a wallop.

You can also use it in savory things like spaghetti sauces.

7. I recommend using it only for items that create discrete portions automatically...
...i.e. for baking, mainly. Also, you want to avoid high heat that might vaporize some of the cannabinoids. Cookies, brownies, tortes, muffins, candies-- those are the classics, of course, but they make the best sense IMO, because they produce discrete items that allow you to control your dosage better. Plus they freeze well.

Enjoy nature's bounty!
