a funnel is a pipe with a wide, often conical mouth and a narrow stem. It is used to channel liquid or fine-grained substances into containers with a small opening. Without a funnel, spillage would occur. wiki :grouphug:

If you wouldn't mind. On edit: And your description doesn't say anything about a hole.

5. The description doesn't say anything
and the picture doesn't show a hole. If only I could recall where I bought it... :eyes:

7. It's supposed to have a hole in the bottom.

Otherwise you'd just have a tapered cup with a base too narrow for it to sit upright. Not to mention lacking a handle.

8. You think you have problems.
Mine has a hole in the bottom AND in the top. And the one in the top is even bigger than the one in the bottom.

9. Give it to the pups as a chew toy.
Win/win. Unless its metal. That would be bad. Then you can wear it as a hat instead, a la The Tin Man.

13. I believe his pup has the same problem
hole at each end so it would be probably a most appropriate toy!

12. I was just checking some of my other stuff
I'd expect a sieve to have holes, but my colander?? Holy crap. You should see what's been done to it. Somedays, it's all I can do to suppress a sob.
