I got really industrious this morning and made fresh cinnamon rolls for
my son and DIL. I haven't made any kind of yeast bread in years, but they turned out great. I used the recipe here:

I added a couple of teaspoons cocoa and a few chopped walnuts to the filling. Next time I'll cut back on the sugar in the filling. It was almost too sweet and some of the sugar stayed kind of granular. The dough made for a light, tender roll, but was easy to handle.

I've bookmarked this site. They seem to have some really good recipes that aren't just run of the mill.
